If you are dissatisfied during the first 07 trial classes you can discontinue, one you are satisfied and classes are started then there will be no refund not even partially.
If you want to hold classes for some reason, then the balance can be transferred for the next month's classes only and we don't grantee the schedule i.e time slots and the same teacher.
If you want to hold classes for vacation or any other reason and want to keep the schedule booked i.e your time slots and the same teacher, you will have to pay the half of your fee.
Fee includes the public holidays as well.
